        用途與特點:
         

        振動篩利用振動電機作為振動源,物料從給料機均勻地進入篩分機的進料口,使物料在篩網上被拋起,同時向前作直線運動,通過多層篩網產生數種規格的篩上物、篩下物、分別從各自的出口排出。具有耗能低、產量高、結構簡單、易維修等特點,更適合于生產線作業。振動篩亦可對粉狀、顆粒狀物料的篩選和分級,廣泛應用于肥料、磨料、化工、醫藥、建材、糧食、炭素等行業的生產作業。

        Use and Features:
         

        The vibrating screen uses the vibrating motor as the vibration source, the material enters the feeding port evenly from the feeder, so that the material is thrown up on the screen, and moved forward linearly at the same time. Several kinds of sieves and sifter are produced by the multi-layer screen, and are respectively discharged from respective outlets. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance and so on, which is more suitable for production line operation. The vibrating screen can also be used for the screening and grading of powdery and granular materials. It is widely used in the production of fertilizer, abrasive, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, grain, carbon and other industries.
         

        振動篩分機是我廠為復合肥料的篩分而設計研發的,篩體分為單層和雙層兩種,篩網采用錳鋼,結構簡單,操作方便。篩網孔徑可根據用戶要求選定。

        動力從電機經三角皮帶傳遞至激振器主動軸、齒輪振動器(速比為1),實現三根軸同速旋轉,產生激振力,激振器與篩箱螺栓聯接,產生橢圓運動。物料在篩面上隨篩機高速橢圓運動,分層、透篩、向前,以此來完成物料的分級。
